Connecting route between Lappväärtti - Karijoki

Distance 18,8 km
Duration 1h 15min
Easy

The Eurovelo 10 route runs from south to north on the west coast of Finland. There are connecting routes between the Geopark route and Eurovelo 10 between Merikarvia - Siikainen and Lappväärti - Karijoki. Along these one can deviate from the Eurovelo 10 route to the Geopark route or vice versa. For example, it is possible to combine bike routes to take a bike ride from one railway station to another (Parkano, Pori and Vaasa).

The connecting route from Lappväärt to Karijoki is a paved road along the Lappväärtti river. The route runs all the way through cozy rural scenery. In addition to the riverside villages, the landscape of the route is dominated by the highest hill in Ostrobothnia, Pyhävuori.
