If you want to train hard, you don't care about machines, but prefer to use free weights in your training and you are already an experienced trainee, we recommend the gym downstairs, where you can train hard. The downstairs gym is also larger than the health gym, so you can use both gyms in case of a rush hour.
Basic guidance on using the equipment is available during emergency hours, but for thorough and long-term guidance we recommend a Personal Trainer. You can come to Bodysport to train with your own Personal Trainer, the PT who guides you is free of charge when you have a valid gym card.
