Successful trips in the Geopark

Geopark’s easily accessible places to visit, mainly easy-to-pass hiking routes, rest stops and other camping services, as well as the services offered by companies in the area, enable successful excursion days and camp schools in the Geopark. The Geopark has several routes and excursion destinations suitable for even the smallest learners.

Train to become a Geopark Ranger

In addition to adults, high school and university of applied sciences students who are interested in acting as a Geopark guide can participate in the Geopark Ranger training. The training provides the skills to guide the public in the Geopark and to tell about the phenomena related to the entire area. Geopark offers courses in cooperation with Honkajoki upper secondary school and Satakunta and Seinäjoki universities of applied sciences.
