”My part on the work is the bronze sculptures embedded in the rock wall that depict the flora of the area. We did a paving and a rocky rest bench in front of the rock cut with a smaller group during summer months. We immersed local agricultural tools in the tiles. I was in a good mood to do the tiling in particular, as the work went smoothly in a good spirit when the team had already welded well together. I still wonder how we got even the big stone slabs placed in fine groups in front of the rock, somehow we found a common idea of how the slabs would settle in their right places and rhythmically follow the shapes of the adjacent rock ”-Maarit Puhakka 2021.
