Naisentorso artwork in Kankaanpää

 - Antti Immonen, 1997.

The name "Naistorso" can be translated as female torso.

The classic torso theme is placed by water. The roughness of the structure and the straight rhytmic groove traces of the rattlesnake meander with smoother surfaces without violating the constructive shape of the sculpture.

Antti Immonen is a sculptor who uses several materials in his works. His working is characterized by a constructive way. His works are in the collections of the Finnish State Art Commission, HAM, the Sara Hildén Foundation, and the Kuopio and Lahti Art Museums.
