Honkajoki Church
The Honkajoki church was designed by the well-known South Ostrobothnian church builder Salomon Köykkä-Köhlström. He also served as construction manager. The altarpiece was painted by J.G. Hedman in 1856. The subject of the altarpiece is Jesus in Gethsemane. The decorative interior painting of the church was painted in the same year by Antti-Kustaa Rönnlund, a painter from Teuva. The church has space for 450 people.
