Käskyvuori parking area
A 500 m long path leads from the parking area to the Käskyvuori viewpoint and rest area, which is part of the Kihniö sports route. In winter, there is a cross-country skiing track. The area has an observation tower, hut, cooking shelter and lean-to. The cooking shelter is wheel chair accessible. The municipality of Kihniö and the organizations in the area are responsible for the maintenance of the hiking services.

By roadFrom Järvisuomentie 23, turn onto Kihniöntie 2790 and drive through Kihniö municipality for a total of 11.5 km, turn left onto Itäpääntie and continue for 3 km (at junctions you should check your driving on Itäpääntie, and the road will also change to Karhusalontie). Turn right onto Käskyvuorentie and drive 3.5 km until you reach Käskyvuori parking area.
