Lea Pulliainen

Geopark Ranger Lea Pulliainen is a Saimaa lake girl who ended up in Satakunta through marriage. She is particularly interested in the health and well-being effects of nature. Even a short-term movement / stay in nature has a positive effect on our defense system and our blood pressure. Nature provides raw materials for many wound care products, Finnish innovations include e.g. resin cream and birch-derived cellulose.

Lea's own outdoor hobby has been walking in the forest with her dog. Her husband's family has had Finnish Spitzes almost continuously for over a hundred years.
