Honkala was built in 1993 and offers the following facilities and services:

The skiing trails, sports tracks and frisbee golf course maintained by the city are located behind the multi-purpose building Honkala.
Behind Honkala you will also find the fitness ladder, tennis courses and ice skating range in the winter.
In addition, the premises of the multi-purpose building Honkala can be rented for various events, such as meetings, concerts and sports events.
