The Lapp hut of Käskyvuori
The Lapp hut of the Käskyvuori can accommodate a large group to cook snacks and take a break. The motor and snowmobile club of Upper Satakunta describes the hut they built as the largest in Southern Finland.
The area also has a cooking shelter, a viewing tower and a lean-to. The municipality of Kihniö and the associations in the area are responsible for the maintenance of the hiking services.

By roadFrom Järvisuomentie 23, turn onto Kihniöntie 2790 and drive through Kihniö municipality for a total of 11.5 km, turn left onto Itäpääntie and continue for 3 km (at junctions you should check your driving on Itäpääntie, and the road will also change to Karhusalontie). Turn right onto Käskyvuorentie and drive 3.5 km until you reach Käskyvuori P-area. A 500 m long path leads to the Käskyvuori viewpoint and rest area, which is part of the Kihniö sports route. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail.
